They are the ones who make sure you never have to do business alone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our focus this year is to FUEL those relationships\u2014to give them energy, attention, and structure so they grow deeper and more productive than ever before.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Rally Cry 2026:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>2025 was a year full of Great Opportunities.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It was a rough year for many of us personally, and it was a rough year for H7. As you know, it was a post-election year, the economy was shifting, emotions were high, and it felt like the ground was moving under our feet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But today, I don\u2019t want to dwell on the chaos.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Today, I want to share the Great Opportunity in front of us.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Because 2025 was also one of the most powerful demonstrations I\u2019ve ever seen of what this community is truly made of.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It really started back in April. I began to sense that something in the economy had shifted. It wasn\u2019t fear, but I was very aware. I knew we were walking into a season where things would get harder, not easier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By the time we hit May 1st, that awareness became real.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Members started reaching out to me\u2014specifically about our user experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At first, it was one member. She came to me and said, \u201cClay, the course and instruction experience inside Town Square is broken. And it\u2019s not just a small thing\u2014it\u2019s affecting how members learn, grow, and engage.\u201d&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now, if she had stopped there, it would have just been a complaint.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But she didn\u2019t. She also brought solutions.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Together, we rolled up our sleeves and fixed it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Then another member shows up:&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cClay, your user experience between your websites is broken. The roadmap, the member journey\u2014it\u2019s confusing. Let me help you fix it.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And then another member.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And another. It was like the Lord was moving in my life and I could control nothing.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Before I knew it, about eight members had jumped in\u2014completely voluntarily\u2014offering not just feedback, but their time, their talent, and their hands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They weren\u2019t just pointing out problems.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They were saying, \u201cWe\u2019re in this with you. Let\u2019s make it better\u2014together.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Those next 90 days may have been some of the hardest of my career as an entrepreneur\u2014second only to the pandemic. We were in the trenches:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Fixing broken pieces of the user experience&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Cleaning up Town Square&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Clarifying the member journey&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Strengthening the foundation of how H7 serves its community<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But here\u2019s the difference between 2025 and every other hard season I\u2019ve faced:&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I was not alone, just like during the pandemic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I had this massive wave of support from our own members\u2014people stepping out of the woodwork to solve problems, to collaborate, to lift this entire community up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And just when I thought we were catching our breath, I lost a couple of staff members. That could have been a breaking point. We had negative rumblings around the community. Is the sky falling kind of thing?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Instead, even more members stepped up.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They showed up for H7.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They showed up for you.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They put their hands in, and asked, \u201cWhere can I help?\u201d and then got to work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You cannot buy that.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You cannot manufacture or demand something like that.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That is the power of true Champions.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That is the power of a community built on trust, on service, and on never doing business alone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So as I stand here today, at the start of a new year, I am a deeply blessed man.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Because behind every program we\u2019ve improved, every course we\u2019ve fixed, every journey we\u2019ve clarified\u2014there are real people, real members, real Champions who chose to lean in instead of check out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You saw a glimpse of that when you came into the call today.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The video, the song you heard at the beginning\u2014that came from a member.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. Frumi reached out and said, \u201cHey, this would be a cool idea.\u201d&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And then\u2014boom\u2014it\u2019s in my inbox, ready to go. No agenda. Just contribution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That\u2019s what this community is.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That\u2019s what H7 is at its best.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And I want you to have what I have. I want to share this feeling with you.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I want you to have Champions who run toward you when things get hard.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I want you to be surrounded by people who don\u2019t just say they believe in you\u2014but prove it with their actions.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I want you to be able to do what I\u2019ve been able to do: face incredibly hard seasons, full of Great Opportunities, and still move forward\u2014because you are not doing business alone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reminds me of my favorite quote by Rocky. &#8220;It ain&#8217;t about how hard you hit. It&#8217;s about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward. That&#8217;s how winning is done!&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That is what 2026 is about.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>This is our Rally Cry: FUEL your Champions.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019re going to take better care of the Champions in this community.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019re going to support them better\u2014with clearer communication, better tools, and more intentional collaboration.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And we\u2019re going to equip every single member in H7 to FUEL their own Champions\u2014to identify them, to nurture them, and to grow with them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Because when things get tough\u2014and they will\u2014you don\u2019t rise on marketing alone, or on a clever tagline, or on a single connection.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You rise on the strength of your Champions.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The people who know you.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Who trust you.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Who are willing to put their name next to yours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>So here\u2019s my ask of you as we go into 2026:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Don\u2019t sit on the sidelines of this story.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Don\u2019t just admire the community\u2014participate in it.
