This wasn\u2019t just a number\u2014it was a path laden with lessons, trials, and triumphs. It was during this time that I absorbed the essence of what it truly meant to <a href=\"https:\/\/h7network.blog\/networking-101\/relationship\/the-art-of-connecting\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/h7network.blog\/networking-101\/relationship\/the-art-of-connecting\/\">connect deeply<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/h7network.blog\/networking-101\/relationship\/the-art-of-service-how-to-serve-with-successfully\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/h7network.blog\/networking-101\/relationship\/the-art-of-service-how-to-serve-with-successfully\/\">to serve wholeheartedly<\/a>, and to, finally, <a href=\"https:\/\/h7network.blog\/networking-101\/relationship\/mastering-the-art-of-the-ask\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/h7network.blog\/networking-101\/relationship\/mastering-the-art-of-the-ask\/\">ask with intention<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It wasn\u2019t until January 2018, after countless conversations, that the light bulb flicked on, revealing the missing element. By August of that year, I had finally given a name to the process that I\u2019d lived and breathed: <a href=\"https:\/\/h7network.blog\/networking-101\/relationship\/connect-serve-and-ask\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/h7network.blog\/networking-101\/relationship\/connect-serve-and-ask\/\">Connect, Serve, and Ask\u2122<\/a>. This framework wasn\u2019t an overnight miracle; it was a culmination of my experiences and a testament to the power of deliberate, honest one to ones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A Vision for Transformation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>My vision reverberates with the passion to be a catalyst for transformation and growth.
